Paolo De Luca built the Airsoft Tournament app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Paolo De Luca at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.

Prior to accessing any such additional information, explicit consent shall be sought from you. The app uses your contacts only to make it easier for you to enter the details of teams and players.

Data Provided on Behalf of Third Parties (Organizers and Team Managers)

In certain cases, users such as tournament organizers, team managers, captains, or other authorized representatives may enter personal or identification data of other individuals (for example, players, participants, or staff) into the App.

By submitting such data, the user expressly acknowledges and agrees that:

  1. They are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the personal data they provide on behalf of others;

  2. They confirm that they have obtained all necessary consents, authorizations, and legal bases required under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR) to submit such data to the App;

  3. Any personal data entered about third parties is provided under their exclusive responsibility and at their own risk.

The App and its owner shall not be held responsible for any lack of consent, incorrect information, or unlawful processing resulting from data provided by organizers, team managers, or other users acting on behalf of third parties.

Where permitted by law and in accordance with this Privacy Policy, such data may be stored, processed, and used by the App for service operation, data retention, statistics, and marketing purposes, subject to the applicable consent requirements.

Publication of Tournament Results

The App may make publicly available sporting and organizational information related to tournaments, including but not limited to:

  • tournament names and descriptions;

  • rankings, standings, and final results;

  • team names and team-level performance data;

  • match scores and statistics.

Personal data of individual participants (such as contact details or identification data) will not be intentionally made public. Only non-personal sporting results and performance-related information may be displayed, published, or reused by the App for purposes such as public listings, statistics, archives, promotional materials, website content, and marketing communications related to the Service.

Participation, Public Disclosure of Sporting Results, Rankings, Competitions, and Waiver of Rights

By registering for, accessing, or participating in any tournament, event, ranking, or activity made available through the App, in any capacity whatsoever, including but not limited to player, referee, team manager, captain, organizer, or staff member, you expressly acknowledge, accept, and agree to all of the following:

Mandatory Acceptance and Public Nature of Sporting Results

  • Participation in the Service is conditional upon acceptance of the fact that sporting results, performance data, rankings, scores, standings, and classifications are inherently public by nature.

  • Once a ranking, classification, or result is published, such information may be freely accessible to any user or third party, without limitation of time, territory, or medium.

  • You expressly waive any expectation of privacy, confidentiality, or restriction with respect to your sporting and performance-related data.

Scope of Data Used and Published

  • The App may publish, disclose, reuse, aggregate, analyze, and archive:

    • player names or nicknames;

    • team affiliations;

    • match results, scores, statistics, and performance metrics;

    • rankings, leaderboards, and historical records.

  • The App does not intentionally publish sensitive personal data, however you acknowledge that sporting data associated with identifiable profiles is not considered confidential.

Unrestricted Use for Rankings, Promotions, and Prize-Based Initiatives

  • You grant the App and its owner an unlimited, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use your sporting results and related profile information to:

    • generate public rankings and statistics;

    • create competitions, challenges, contests, leagues, or prize-based initiatives;

    • promote the Service, tournaments, partners, or events;

    • publish content on websites, social media, press materials, marketing campaigns, and commercial communications.

  • Such use may occur independently of your continued participation, including after deletion of your account or the conclusion of a tournament.

No Compensation, No Claims, and Waiver of Rights

  • You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

    • participation in any ranking, contest, competition, or prize-based initiative does not entitle you to any form of compensation;

    • no royalties, fees, reimbursements, or economic benefits are owed to you under any circumstances;

    • any prizes, if offered, are discretionary, limited, and governed by separate rules.

  • You irrevocably waive any present or future claim, demand, or legal action against the App, its owner, or partners arising from:

    • the publication or use of your sporting results;

    • your inclusion in rankings, statistics, or contests;

    • the absence of compensation or attribution.

Assumption of Risk and Full Responsibility

  • You assume full responsibility for your participation and acknowledge that:

    • sporting results may be incomplete, disputed, incorrect, or subject to revision;

    • the App has no obligation to verify, correct, or remove published results.

  • You agree that the App’s records shall be considered authoritative unless otherwise stated.

Legal Basis, Survival, and Enforceability

  • The processing and publication of sporting data are based on:

    • performance of the Service;

    • legitimate interest in operating competitive sporting activities;

    • your explicit acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions.

  • This section shall survive termination, account deletion, or cessation of use of the Service.

  • If any provision of this section is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Log Data

I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app I collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
