Terms & Conditions
By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You’re not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Paolo De Luca.
Paolo De Luca is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.
The Airsoft Tournament app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide the Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone. It could make your phone vulnerable and the app may not function correctly.
Tournament Results, Team Data, Content Ownership, and License Grant
By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that tournament-related data and content, including:
tournament names, descriptions, and formats;
rankings, results, standings, and classifications;
team names, rosters, and team-level performance data;
match data, scores, statistics, and related event information;
(“Tournament Content”) may be made publicly available within the Service.
You grant to Paolo De Luca and the Airsoft Tournament App a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display the Tournament Content for the purposes of operating, maintaining, and improving the Service, including rankings, statistics, and historical records.
Such content may also be used in aggregated or non-identifying form for analytical and service-related purposes.
You acknowledge that no compensation is due in relation to such use.
Additional Data Sharing, Statistics, and Commercial Use
By registering or participating in a tournament through the App, you acknowledge and agree that:
- the App may collect, process, publish, transfer, license, or share with third parties information related to teams, team operators, managers, players, and tournament participation data;
- the App retains full rights to use tournament results, rankings, scores, match data, and statistics for operational, promotional, analytical, historical, and statistical purposes;
- such statistics and tournament-related data may be shared, licensed, transferred, or made available to third-party applications, partners, platforms, or services;
- the App may use such data in both identifiable and aggregated form, where permitted by applicable law;
- registering a team and participating in tournaments constitutes mandatory acceptance of these conditions.
No compensation, royalties, or claims shall be due in relation to such use, sharing, publication, or transfer of tournament-related data and statistics.
Public Team Registry and Search Visibility
By registering a team in a tournament through the App, you acknowledge and agree that the team profile and related identifying information, including team name, location, logo, description, and other team registry data (“Team Registry Data”), may become publicly visible within the Service.
Such Team Registry Data may be displayed on public maps, tournament listings, rankings, search systems, and organizational tools available through the App.
You further acknowledge and agree that tournament organizers and authorized users of other tournaments may search for, view, and select registered teams through the App’s search and management features for the purpose of tournament organization and participation management.
By registering a team, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to publish and share such Team Registry Data within the Service.
Public Statistics, Rankings, and Team Rating System
By participating in tournaments through the App, you acknowledge and agree that team performance data, match results, rankings, and statistics may be publicly displayed and compared with those of other teams participating in the Service.
For transparency purposes toward all participants, the tournament organizer is required to publish the final rankings within 48 hours after the official closure of the tournament. If the organizer fails to do so within this timeframe, the App may automatically publish the rankings and related results, including notification to participants.
The App may generate, calculate, and assign ratings, scores, rankings, performance indicators, or other evaluative metrics to teams based on collected tournament data and statistical analysis (“Team Ratings”).
Such Team Ratings and related statistics may be publicly visible within the Service, including leaderboards, rankings, comparison tools, historical records, maps, and tournament-related features.
You acknowledge that these ratings and statistical evaluations are generated automatically based on available data and may be used for competitive, analytical, historical, promotional, and organizational purposes.
By registering and participating in tournaments, you expressly accept the public display and comparison of such statistics and Team Ratings.
Responsibility of Team Managers for Player Data
Where a user acts as a team manager, captain, or organizer, they agree that:
They are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data they provide;
They confirm they have a valid legal basis to submit such data;
They assume responsibility for the data submitted.
In case of claims related to such data, responsibility lies with the user who submitted it, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Rights, Survival, and Data Protection
You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit Tournament Content.
The App does not intentionally publish sensitive personal data. Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
Tournament results and performance-related data may remain available as part of historical records and rankings where necessary for the functioning of the Service, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services such as Google Play Services. These may process data as part of providing the Service.
Connectivity and Usage
Certain functions require an internet connection. Paolo De Luca is not responsible for lack of functionality due to connectivity issues or data limitations.
You are responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile provider.
Limitation of Liability
While efforts are made to ensure accuracy and reliability, the App relies on third-party data and user input.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Paolo De Luca shall not be liable for indirect or unforeseeable damages arising from the use of the App.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.
Updates and Availability
The App may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.
Continued use of the App implies acceptance of updates.
Premium Account, Advertising, and Compatibility
The App may offer a Premium account with certain benefits.
Advertising may still be present in some areas, including partner or informational sections, as part of the Service.
The App reserves the right to update or modify features over time. Such changes will not materially reduce the core functionality of paid features without a valid reason.
Compatibility with older devices is not guaranteed and may change over time.
Refunds are not provided except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.
Upon termination, you must stop using the App.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any updates.
